I have decided to change my lifestyle.

Sounds great? A healthy lifestyle!!!! WOOHOOO

Firstly i will start by going jogging every alternate days. Followed by gym =D Just recently contacted PanBin Lionel and SuTing. They are really enthusiastic about gym-ming too! Great so i have buddies to go gym and jogging. Also calling my mum and brother to jog with me :)

Also decided to change my attitude towards stuff. I will try to be more observant and not too self-centred. But true la haha some things still requires being self-centred haha like during projects LOLOLOL!!!!!!

Anyway I really really needa change and have thought over it last night. Haha
